The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, and the basic infrastructure in the kitchen (e.g., food processor) and bathroom (Geberit washlet) is excellent. A private parking space right in front of the entrance, all on one level, a private patio with a sun awning and a garden area complete the package. If necessary, additional services can be offered, such as charging of electric cars 400V 16A, meals and much more.
