Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.
