The house with two apartments is a short stone's throw from the beach and swimming area with cliffs and piers. This accommodation refers to the upper apartment in the house. The hiking trail starts right outside the gate and you can hike up the mountains or between the villages on Orust. Stay with a fantastic ocean view near the beach, forest, and nature in a newly built vacation home of 30 square meters (323 square feet) with a cozy sleeping loft. Here, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay – dishwasher, washing machine, induction stovetop, oven, and TV. Relax on the large terrace with a magical sunset or take a short walk to the jetty for an evening swim. Close to central Stenungsund with restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Perfect location for discovering Orust, Tjörn, and Bohuslän's beautiful coastline and attractions.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Cottage of 60 sqm with private beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, induction stovetop and oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the patio facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowboat are available during your stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

The 25 sqm cottage with sleeping loft and sunroom has all amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped with access to the sunroom where you can enjoy the view of Boxvik Kile. The balcony is on 2 levels with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper level and a hot tub with sea water, which the sun warms up in summer (Open 6/1-8/31) with associated sun loungers on the lower level.

Spacious house with large yard near the sea

Weekly rental Sun-Sun from week 25 The house has nice spaces for socializing and wonderful dinners - both inside and out. PLEASE NOTE that there are only 6 beds, one sofa bed, and 3 MATTRESSES. A mattress can fit in each bedroom. It is also possible to take it down to the lower floor. TV, DVD with movies and some toys are on the upper floor. Bathroom with bathtub as well. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Bed linens and towels are not included.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.
