Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the house offers 5 bedrooms: 1 with bunk bed, 1 with trundle bed, 1 children's room with toys and 2 double rooms (1 suite). The outdoor area with a barbecue for socializing. In front of the sacred mountain. Just a 10-minute walk to Quinta do Cedro (artificial beach, animals, restaurant) and 18 minutes to Parque das Águas. Downtown is a 4-minute drive!

Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has 2 bedrooms, one en-suite and one bedroom upstairs (note: the only bathroom is inside the en-suite) and a kitchen, toilet and garage downstairs. The entrance is shared with my house, but the space is totally reserved for guests. Quiet place, 1.5 km from Parque das Águas/downtown, bus at the door, nearby shops. We do not accept parties and messes, this is a place to rest and relax. We look forward to seeing you and your family!

The property is in the finishing phase of the garage and its facade! The use of the garage terrace is not yet allowed due to the absence of railings, but you can use the back terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains and lots of greenery! This back terrace is already cleared for use!
