The smaller room has two single beds. There's free wifi (300Mb) in both rooms. Also free Netflix There's a large bathroom with toilet, changing table, baby tub, shower, and underfloor heating. We supply bed linen and towels There are two private terraces. One facing west and one with a beautiful view facing east. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening dinner. It's a lovely and newly renovated basement apartment with a lot of natural light. You will have your own parking lot, your own entrance, your own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has a televison and free internet access, and during the summer you will have access to a lovely patio. Situated only five minutes walk from the University of Aarhus and the University Hospital and only 100 meters to the city train with connections to the city center. Towards East there's a 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach in Risskov - called "Den Permanente".

Wir waren mehr als Begeistert von der Unterkunft! Das Haus ist total stilvoll eingerichtet, groß, bietet für acht Personen viel Platz um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen, sich aber auch zurückziehen zu können. Die Küche ist schön groß um mit mehreren Personen gleichzeitig drinne zu arbeiten und wenn es warm genug ist kann man sogar zum Essen auch auf die Terasse. Das Haus bietet Privatsphäre und Gemütlichkeit. Julie war gut zu erreichen bei Fragen. Mit dem Bus kommt man leicht und schnell in das Stadtzentrum und mit dem Auto ist man in unter 10Minuten am Wasser. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt, es wird bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein!! 12/10

La casa de Christian es muy acogedora, con muchas facilidades para disfrutar en familia. Era perfecto para nosotros ya que veníamos a visitar familia que vive en Mårslet. Viajamos 4 adultos con 3 niñas pequeñas y hemos estado muy cómodos, hemos disfrutado pequeños y mayores. Casa espaciosa con zonas para adultos y zonas de juego para las pequeñas. Jardín grande para disfrutar los días de sol y con zonas de bosque y zonas verdes para disfrutar de la naturaleza alrededor, dos supermercados muy cerca para comprar todo lo necesario, con algunos locales para comer y beber a un paseo de distancia. Con la facilidad de ir en bus o tren hasta el centro de Århus. Nos ha encantado las noches de películas mientras las pequeñas dormían cómodamente y los días en el centro de Århus o la playa para disfrutar de la tranquilidad. Todo realmente perfecto! Mil gracias por habernos permitido disfrutar de tu precioso hogar!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Jacobs Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist wirklich super! Alles sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Wir hatten relativ kühles Wetter dafür konnten wir und in der Sauna und im Whirlpool aufwärmen. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

Vi har nydt pinsen i Jan’s dejlige sommerhus med en fantastisk beliggenhed i Ballen. Huset ligger 2min fra Ballen havn, så det var super nemt at komme til Ballens hyggelige og gode spisesteder. Der er både morgen og aften sol på den store terrasse, hvilket vi også nød. Huset er dejligt lyst, rent og i super stand. Sengene er virkelig gode. Det er ikke sidste gang, vi lejer Jan’s sommerhus.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer extrem ruhigen Gegend, ideal zum Entspannen. Der Whirlpool war ein Highlight, perfekt zum Abschalten. Auch Spaziergänge in der schönen Umgebung lohnen sich sehr. Die Wohnung selbst ist top ausgestattet, sauber und sehr gemütlich, besonders das Heimkino hat uns begeistert. Der Gastgeber war außerdem super nett und hilfsbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Great location with less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and an ice cream house, both great for kids :-) Great big back yard with big porch. The house had 3 bedrooms and a small attic area ("hems" in Danish) that the kids loved. Kitchen was functional with what we needed. Sven Erik was very responsive and addressed any questions we had quickly. Highly recommend!

Super hyggelig lejlighed på 1. sal med 2 dejlige terrasser. Alt var som beskrevet og Adam var hurtig til at svare når vi havde spørgsmål. Lejligheden er placeret i Ballen i gåafstand til alle byens aktiviteter og råder desuden over en lille garage hvor vi kunne parkere vores cykler. Vi havde en skøn mini-ferie og kommer meget gerne tilbage.

Live action rabbit 🐇 show every morning, for free. 6. Most stars you will ever see on a clear night (unless you go the high Andes of Chile). 7. Great Danish food. 8. Did I mention location? 9. Shetland ponies roaming free on the beach. Just one caveat, if you're taller than 1,75 m, mind your head. This is a vintage building with low ceilings. Hope to be back soon!

Was für eine tolle Wohnung, was für eine liebe Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn die Gegend nicht so schön wäre, könnte man den ganzen Tag im Sessel am großen Fenster verbringen und auf das Meer schauen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielturm mit Schaukel und Sandkasten. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten in Lotte´s wunderschönem Garten und ein schöner Sandstrand mit Badesteg ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Camilla og Finn var meget imødekommende og nemme at komme i kontakt med. De var meget hjælpsomme ift. sen indtjekning. Super fint hus i et roligt område, og dejligt med udendørs spa. Kan varmt anbefales :-)
