The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, starting right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. We have a specialty shop HARVEST that also has wine & coffee shop. The gallery is with the works of Pernille. Bed linen, a towel and a bath towel per person are included.

You rent 2 rooms, a bathroom and a small hallway locked away from the rest of the house, a private terrace and entrance, as well as a private parking space. There are board games, books and drawing materials that can be freely used. Small kitchenette with microwave, no hotplates. 3/4 bed 140x 195 with Tempur roll mattress. The apartment is close to Brabrand lake as well as the city of Aarhus. There is parking space in the driveway on the left . The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. No smoking

There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.
