Quiet two-room apartment in the historic center, just a short walk from the Duomo. Located in an elegant condominium. Equipped with the necessary comforts for even long stays (wifi, TV, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher). Access via a short internal staircase with a large under-stair space ideal for storing bikes, suitcases, etc. Paid parking is available below the house and free parking is available within a 5-minute walk. L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

The apartment is located in the Oltretorrente neighborhood, in the historic center, close to all the areas of socio-cultural interest in the city. Recently renovated, it is on the second floor of an old monastery served by an elevator. The studio, despite being modest in size, includes a full kitchen, a large dining table, a single bed and 1/2 (120cm wide and comfortable even for two people) and a truly luxurious bathroom.
