Mimi's Del Mar beach apartment was perfect! It was well appointed, clean and had everything a person required. The location was also perfect, with a short walk to the beach and downtown Del Mar, which offers many great restaurants and shops. Mimi was a great host, with timely and proactive communication. We will definitely return.

This is a very nice, clean and well appointed apartment which opens into a green and peaceful courtyard. Best of all for me, it has a one car garage with remote! Its really convenient to pull into the garage late at night instead of trying to find street parking. The bay is a bit narrow so you do have to rent a smaller vehicle - I had a 4 door Nissan Versa. The area is mostly residential with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The owner is very helpful and responsive. When the TV remote stopped working, he showed up to change batteries and when that did not work, he ordered a new remote which arrived the next day. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Lisa was an excellent host. She thought of everything and the small details like an extra toothbrush, lots of blankets and beach towels. So many things. The one that stood out the most was that a last minute add in of my daughter's to my visit and she made up the couch bed so we were all set with places to sleep when we arrived. We'll done Lisa.

Great stay at Marabella! The views were stunning from our room! Located right on the water, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The patio was nice and grounds were well kept and clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and outdoor shower was definitely appreciated. It was perfect!

We loved our stay at this home! Very comfortable for two couples and an infant. Walkable to the beach, we watched a beautiful sunset minutes from the home. Nice breakfast options nearby and lots of children’s toys/activities. Host was responsive and helpful. Would rent again.

Amazing stay start to finish and would highly recommend to anyone. Noah and Rena are helpful and communicative; their experience as hosts is immediately apparent as they make everything easy for their guests. The place was clean, comfortable, easily accessible, has parking, great amenities and all at a great price.

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. This was the perfect La Jolla getaway! The home was peaceful, charming, and just steps from the beach—which made morning walks and sunset strolls incredibly special. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything, it felt like a true retreat. The space was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape by the coast.

Kerri’s home is a fabulous place to stay if you have family, an event, or if you are just looking to tour the San Diego, Anaheim, Solana Beach and other areas. It’s perfectly located to make travel easy to many popular tourist destinations in the area, including hiking and sightseeing! Her home has the MOST wonderful amenities and she is so generous with all provided. We had more than enough comforts to stay our week as a family of 4. The home is set up perfectly to get ready for formal events (I loved the vanity) and have a backyard bbq. The bed toppers make the beds so comfortable- including the pull out couch. From the kitchen to the bathroom to beach fun to rainy days, Kerri has thought of everything. The home is very clean, and the location in busy Solana Beach has beautiful views of the ocean in the distance and the city below. The freeway runs along many neighborhoods in San Diego, but it is just a white noise hum. We loved eating outside everyday. Kerri is a wonderful host!

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

Jason upgraded his place really well. Very clean, spacious and quiet. Has all the basic needs. tons of towels, blankets, pillows Nice outdoor patio.... 4 minutes to the beaches, grocery store, and places to eat, and freeway. Parking on the street and on the property. The street parking is tight, but manageable. Wishing Jason all the best. john.

We enjoyed this stay! The home is less than a mile from the Del Mar fairgrounds. Plenty of parking in a safe neighborhood. The rooms and restrooms are both downstairs. The host is responds in less than 30 minutes and helped with any questions I had. A few spices, cooking ingredients and oven trays available. The backyard is a plus! Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay Del Mar Beach Club, we stayed at the unit off the beach, it was beautifully renovated, clean, walkable to everything and a short walk to the beach, pools, fitness center and common area to watch sunset. Highly recommend.!

Great place, easy walk to beach or downtown. Ryan’s place is very well stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time!! There was even a Christmas tree up (we were there over Christmas) which made it feel very homey. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

A wonderful condo in the Omi resort.Has everything you need , fully stocked .great views out of the 2 sliders .A Walkable area in the resort and a lagoon and beaches not faraway. I enjoyed the walks in the resort and the restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at Nicklas’s place in San Diego! The condo is beautifully renovated and right on the waterfront—waking up to those ocean views was such a treat. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable and convenient. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect. The place was exactly as described and shown in the photos and met all our needs for our trip. Noylan was incredibly responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We loved the location, very easy access to the highway for our adventures up and down the San Diego coast. Would definitely recommend!
