We rent out a big room in our house, with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There are two recliners, a coffee table and a work table. There are good beds, a big double bed- 200 cm, and a single bed-90 cm. Entrance with code lock and free parking. We live close to the center of Sola and the airport and there is a bus from there that stops near our house. In the room there is a small fridge with a freezer, microwave and kettle, tea and coffee. There is access to electric car charger, against an addition to the price.

With its location within walking distance from Sola airport, Solastranden and Sola beach hotel, it is an incredibly handsome apartment for those who want to experience nice beaches or Stavanger from a slightly different perspective. Naustet is brand new and part of the lake house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a dock with fishing opportunity. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the pier. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has a 5 km hiking trail.
