Simple, rural and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. A short walk to the Thon Senter Madla shopping center, as well as grocery stores like REMA 1000 and COOP. Short walking distance to Madlaveien/at clarion Hotel Energy where you can take a bus to Stavanger city center. The buses run every 15 minutes and take about 8 minutes to drive to the city center. Shared parking space on own property. If you come by plane, the airport bus is recommended. Takes approx. 15 and drive to the apartment. The bus also runs past "the three swords".

The property is newly renovated and has a very central location in Stavanger, with direct connection to everything the city center has to offer. Nearby is Breiavatnet, the train station and the bus terminal, and there is also a short walking distance to many restaurants, a rich cultural offer and hiking opportunities. In the backyard there is access to a common patio. The airy living room is in an open solution to a practical kitchen, and in the living room there is also a foldable staircase up to a loft/alcove of approx. 6 sqm.

The apartment is located in coastal landscapes in the middle of Stavanger and Haugesund and is an excellent starting point for excursions to various sights. From Skudenes in the west and Nordvegen history center at Avaldsnes to the Pulpit Rock in the south. Regarding check-in and time, this mainly applies during the busy summer period when we are at work. We need to get home and clean up before the next guests arrive. Nice apartment near the sea

Newly renovated apartment by Hafrsfjord. There is no lake view directly from the apartment, but 50 meters from the door, the path runs along Hafrsfjord right behind the house, which also has its own pier and bathing area. Lots of great hiking opportunities in the area. 3 km to walk along the sea to "Sverd i fjell", and about 1 km to the sauna at Sunde. This can be booked. Good bus connection to Stavanger city center. 5 min bus ride to Madla Amfi shopping center, and 20 min to the city center. Free parking.
