Apartment vacation rentals in SoHo, Manhattan

We had a pleasent stay at Robert’s place. Robert was attentive, left a lot of useful instruction in the appartment. He even bought two eyemasks for us, although there are shaders in the bedroom. The flat is in LES, the subway station is 10 meters far - we liked that we stepped out the metro after a long day and we were at home immediately. There’s a very good indian restaurant and the Essex Market in the building. The view of Manhattan is fantastic from the flat, however there’s some noise from the street but it’s not too loud and a common issue in most part of Manhattan. Robert’s flat was a real home for us during our one week trip in NYC and would definetely come back.

Louise's place is very easy to find and access. It is very close to bus stops and metros, and very close to Times Square and Broadway shows. There are several restaurants around. We like the bagel shops right across the street. There is an Amish Market nearby where we can get grocery and food to cook ourselves. The rooms are clean and quiet. Although the apartment is right on the 9th Avenue, we hardly could hear any noise inside the house. It is on the 3rd floor and we were a bit worried about bringing up our luggage but then Louise sent a friend to help us bringing up our stuff when we checked in, and it was at midnight!! We were so comfortable in the house, and had great fun during our trips. I definitely recommend the place.

Fantastic place! Clean, private, and walkable to public transit, great restaurants, and some of our favorite neighborhoods in the city. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was as described. Adam was an exceptional host too. He was proactive and communicated clearly, gave us great tips and suggestions about places to visit in the area, and responded promptly whenever we reached out. We'd definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Adel’s place. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and the location in Hell’s Kitchen was ideal , and super walkable to Broadway and a lot of other must-see spots in Manhattan, but still quiet enough to feel like a nice escape from the city buzz. The small balcony was a great touch — perfect for morning coffee. Overall, it was a great base for our trip, and we’d definitely recommend it.

The Blue Moon was a real treat, an architectural gem with deep local family roots. It was named one of National Geographic Traveler’s “150 Hotels in the Western Hemisphere to Check Into” and featured in Rizzoli’s Best 100 Little Hotels. The team made our stay even better with their warm hospitality and seamless transportation to and from the airport. Bram, the owner, was the highlight. He’s not just running a hotel, he’s preserving a piece of New York history. Bram personally restored the building, blending original details with his own artistic vision. His artwork lines the walls, and his stories, about the neighborhood, the building, and his family, bring the place to life. You can tell he’s poured his soul into every corner of the Blue Moon. The hotel offers great views and a prime location, just steps from SoHo, Chinatown, and downtown. If you get the chance to stay at the Blue Moon, don’t pass it up.

Great place! location is awsome and the rooftop view is BEAUTIFUL! the only thing that this apartment could improve is to have a couple more glasses and mugs... there was 6 of us and there were not enough mugs or glasses for all of us. definitely would stay again!!!

I enjoyed my stay at this place, it was cute and comfortable, very close to my conference. The host was very quick to respond to all my questions and kindly let me drop my suitcase off at about 1:30 pm on move in day. Move in was intuitive, as was move out. I would note for people who take shoes off in the house that since it’s a garden level/basement area, it’s a good idea to bring some house slippers, because the floors are somewhat cold (even for socks).

Chyntia is a great host who genuinely cares about her guests, flexible and friendly. The apartment is very spacious and comes fully equipped with everything you might need—and more! It is very well located, just one block from the bus that takes you to Port Authority and 10 blocks from the PATH. The neighborhood is charming and peaceful; you can go out at any time and stroll along the main street (Washington), where you can have a drink, eat, or shop for anything you need. Just a few blocks from the apartment, you'll find the waterfront promenade from where you can enjoy views of the entire west side of Manhattan. Highly recommended for people who want to explore NY without living in the hustle and bustle of the city, preferring instead a quiet, nearby, and well-connected place.

We had a great stay at Victor's place, flat in good location for exploring Manhattan, very comfortable for the three of us (three adults). Kitchen was great to have and comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. Nice to meet Victor who was friendly and very helpful, letting us have a late check out and quickly responding to any questions.

Wonderful overnight stay! This was perfect for our group of 5. Will come again! Do note it's a walk up to the third floor with no elevator. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant right downstairs, which was also very convenient.

I dealt with Hope's husband, Matt. I have to say he was one of if not the best communicators of many hosts I've dealt with. Also very helpful especially dealing with the finances of the stay. After I booked he offered some very legit means of saving money. Then when some things came up and I had to cut my stay short, Matt generously refunded my entire fee. Many hosts are very 'stingy' if things come up (which happens to everyone once in a while) and won't refund unless they can rebook, or will prorate. That's fine, but doesn't feel good. Matt was more concerned about my having a good experience with him than milking our transaction for every dollar. 5 star host! The place itself was clean and in a great location. Be aware it photographs larger than it feels in person. And might seem a tiny bit noisy if you aren't used to NYC apartment living. Those minor quibbles were more than made up for by working with excellent hosts who are compassionate and care about their guests experience.

our stay at Mia's was great. We enjoyed walking around the lively neighborhood and out to Soho, Chinatown and Lower Manhattan. It was easy to get to all parts by the nearby subway. Mias guide was also useful. Both beds were comfortable and all facilities that we needed we available. thank you!

My husband, daughter and I thought we picked a great location for our on purpose. We drove, but parking garages are nearby. Of course they are not cheap but better to use buses and walk. We used the buses on 1st and 2nd Ave. Tried 4 restaurants in the area with different cultural cuisine. So good! Rode the tram to Roosevelt island which is walkable from the apt.and the Esplanade is a lovely walk with local parks around. Will go back to this place when we come back to Manhattan.

Excellent stay at Jordan's apartment, great communication for any questions. This building is in a great location and highly recommended.

Mira is a wonderful host. Very helpful and responsive. The location is, for New York, surprisingly quite. Also no noise from the neighbours at all. We always felt safe in the area where the appartment is located. As a matter of fact we were quite happy to walk back from Timesquare to the appartment after midnight. The appartment is well appointed with all the amenities to make it a most comfortable stay. It was excellent value for money! Thank you so much Mira to make us feel so welcome.

Brand new apartment, good location, ok neighborhood

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Ben’s apartment was great. Nicely updated and clean. We stayed for a concert at MetLife stadium and it was very easy to get to the venue and back. It’s also a quick cab ride to great restaurants and nightlife. Ben was a great host as well. Very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This place was really cozy from the walk in it felt like home I’ll definitely be booking again in the near future loved it !!

I just wanna make it clear to anyone that left a bad review because their significant other didn’t show up or stay the night after you bought them a chef and didn’t get a full refund after using the place for a full night. Your blasphemy. It’s a perfect place and Roma is an angel. It was a 10 out of 10 spotless and fully working place to be at and im glad I went had two of the best nights of my life. Loved it 😌

Listing was beautiful, very easy to get to, street parking was available, instructions was easy to understand, host responsive, felt like home, cleanliness on point. Will book again!!
