Renovated house located in scenic surroundings 200 meters from Flensburg Fjord. The house is suitable for a holiday home. The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center containing supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and medical center. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the jetty and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger towns of Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensburg.

Our cozy 50 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Gråsten overlooking the castle lake and Gråsten castle. Nearby there is shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach, forest and more. Layout: kitchen living room with room for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom (shower with shower bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

There is space for the family with and without children. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a climbing tower and a soccer goal available. The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to barbecue, play or unwind. The garden is almost completely fenced. Of course, there is also a crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car. To Rømø in about 40 minutes. Charging hybrid and electric cars is prohibited.

Bright, cozy 60 sqm apartment for two people with conservatory and separate entrance. From the red sofa in the living room and the wooden terrace there is a beautiful view of the water. Kitchen, dining area and living room are a large bright area. A double glass door leads from the living room onto a big wooden terrace. Here in summer there is the possibility to grill or spend the evenings in front of a fire bowl.

You can live in the old and quiet fishing village and still be downtown quickly. Unfortunately, you cannot park on site, but there are plenty of parking lots and houses nearby and the bus station is a 5-minute walk away.
