Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sofia Province

The perfect place for a small group retreat. I organized a small city getaway with a bunch of friends, it was just the perfect place to relax! Everything was clean, nice and the place had everything we needed.

Nice apartment. Clean and tidy. A small fridge is outside the apartment. There is also a next door apartment and the door is not so soundproof so when someone is outside we hear everything. The kitchen is at another building just a few steps out of the apartment. It is not so convenient when it rains or if you are with your underwear to go out to cook. The sewer pipes from the upper floor go through the bathroom so when someone flashes the toilet you can hear the water coming down. The heating is an air conditioner which is doing a good job! Well, overall is a good choice for a short period stay.

The host is responsive, easy check in. Free parking is possible onsite. A very comfortable stay. Highly recommend if you are looking for accommodation near airport!

The accommodation is perfect to spend a few days and visit the city. It has a large terrace where you can stay. The only downside is that the bathroom is quite small, the rest is great

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

Nice and comfortable in a quiet area,not far from Sofia

The location of the house is absolutely amazing. The river anf the woods are just 2 mins from your yard. There is an amazing barbecue and an amazing garden. The communication with the host and everyone was perfect.

We spent more than a great time at the villa. The house is equipped perfectly and tastefully, it has everything you might need for your stay, spotlessly clean and a real coziness. Awesome for a family time in the fresh air, nature, and peace, playing with the child and dog in the beautiful and perfectly maintained yard. The trampoline was a unique fun for the little one and in the kids room toys for indoor activities. The yard is absolutely secure for the dog. The locality is picturesque, with incredible views, perfect for walks. The village is very quirky and tidy, people friendly. Denica is a great host! Thank her for her hospitality and responsiveness. Couldn't have been nicer!

The place is located in one most famous areas in Sofia- walking distance to Doctors garden! Apartment is on the 4th floor accessible with stairs and elevator. The place has two bedrooms with balconies: one looking over the street, one looking over well maintain inner courtyard. The entrance to the building is secured even though the entire area around is very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen has all necessities. There is secured parking under the building accessible from outside. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was great👍. The place was incredibly clean and communication was also quick and hassle-free. However, you have to know that the accommodation is located directly on the main boulevard in Sofia. As a result, there was always some noise in the room. If that doesn't bother you, then it's a great place to stay. You're welcome to come back.

We had a fantastic stay! Kristina was incredibly friendly, kind, and polite—she made sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the guidebook she put together herself - it was so well done, full of helpful local tips, and clearly created with care. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and comfortable. It had a great balance of being private and quiet while still being in a very central and convenient location. Everything about the stay felt thoughtful and smooth. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return someday!

Great place in the centre of the city that’s worth the price.

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments in Sofia. The location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The digital password should be pressed from bottom to top, instead of from top to bottom as people are usually used to. My stay at Kamen's place was great. As a nomad, this place suited me very well: great location in the city centre, reliable Internet and a lovely view of the mountain and the roofs of old Sofia. The apartment is tastefully decorated and clean. It is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator, but this wasn't an issue for me. Kamen has been a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. I would definitely recommend his place to other guests.
