The bottom floor has the kitchen where you can store and cook food, make coffee or tea, etc. The garden, hidden in the small streets of Sofia is a nice gift in the busy town. Close to lively shopping street and the city sights, our street is quiet and offers a variety of restaurants, galleries, bio-stores and nice cafeterias. Just behind the corner you'll find one of the best vegetarian restaurants. The house is located between two major boulevards, both of which offer plenty of options for public transportation. Trams, trolleys, buses and the new subway are all less than 5-7 minutes walk! -2 minutes away from Vitosha Blvd which is the main pedestrian area full of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. -5 minutes walk to the meeting point for the Free Sofia Tour. -5 minutes away from NDK - National Palace of Culture. The parking is infront of the house it costs 10 euro per 24 hours.

The whole apartment was fully renovated in December 2016! It is fully equipped with modern appliances and all amenities for a long, comfortable stay. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Sofia. It has two private bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and place for relax and a bathroom. We provide a free parking place secured with a gate just in front of our building!
