Vacation rentals with a patio in Sofia Center

A Perfect Home Away From Home! I’ve now stayed at this wonderful Airbnb twice, and it just keeps getting better! The location is superb—city center and close to everything, not to mention the dedicated garage where you can leave your car which makes your stay so seamingless as parking in the city center can be absolute nightmare! The host is incredibly responsive and welcoming. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making guests feel at home. After two fantastic visits, I can confidently say I’ll be back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and delightful stay. Thank you for another amazing experience!

Amazing stay! Super close to Vitoshka, National Palace of Culture, great public transportation, and a surprisingly calm and quiet atmosphere at the place to stay!

We stayed as a family for two days. The location is great. You can find markets, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in a walking distance. The house is well equipped, internet is reliable and fast and air conditioning is working very well. I contacted to owners before our checkin for some questions. They responded very well and fast.

The place is right in the heart of Sofia and it’s in walkable distance to everything important. The area is full of great restaurants and nice coffee bars. We were there just for a night and check out early, so not much to share, but the place is great for visitors who want to be close to the city centre. And we are very grateful to the host, who was the sweetest! Very responsive and friendly! He had thought of everything! And in the apartment we could find everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay at Arianna's place. The apartment was clean and stood to our expectations. Arianna was available and friendly. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable is the size of the shower; it is very small.

The place is beyond being well-maintained, suitable for traditional or religious Israelis, 5 to 6 minutes walk from the Chabad House, 15 minutes walk from the Great Synagogue. The house has keys and no electronic cards, which makes it easier for Shabbat observers. The house is equipped with everything needed to have a fun vacation. For many Israelis, it will be important to know that it is a 10-minute walk from the center.

We are a family of 5 and had a very comfortable stay at Kristina's place. It is in the city center, walking distance to most attractions and good restaurants. The place was exactly as advertised. Kristina was very responsive and provided many local suggestions to make our stay more fun. If you have a car, make sure to learn about parking options & restrictions ahead of time.

Overall, my stay was good. Polina, the host, was very friendly, flexible with check-in, open to requests, and easy to reach. The location is central but surprisingly quiet despite being next to a main road. There was always hot water, and the electric radiator kept the room warm even in low temperatures. On the downside, the private toilet and shower inside the room weren’t very comfortable. There were some days with ongoing renovations, which caused extra noise. The mattress, linens, and pillows could have been cleaner or newer. Also, since the room is in a large building that can host many people, the atmosphere can vary—sometimes quiet, sometimes more crowded.

There are a lot of positives about Joannas listing. Being fully detached, the place itself is very peaceful and private. It's a very well equipped apartment, pretty much any utility you can think of is available. Temperature control is excellent, the air conditioning is very effective either to heat or cool and the shower water pressure and heat is extremely high. If you are visiting Sofia for tourism the location is fine, there is nearby metro/bus station and taxis are cheap if coming from euro/gbp countries. Though crossing to the east of Sofia from here is fairly long. The area itself has walkable supermarkets and shopping mall. Joanna is helpful and responds quickly. It's a good property, hard to fault.

The accommodation is perfect to spend a few days and visit the city. It has a large terrace where you can stay. The only downside is that the bathroom is quite small, the rest is great

Absolute retreat! The tranquility of the surroundings, combined with the care of the owner, made my stay a peaceful getaway. Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

Cool and cozy app and friendly and cooperative host. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here. The apartment is large and airy with great light. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two mini split ACs so we stayed cool in the heat wave. It's in a great neighborhood right next to Borisova park and in a beautiful neighborhood. Best of all the Metro stop is near by so you have access to the city without using a taxi.
