Vacation rentals with a patio in Sofia

This apartment was amazing, absolutely spotless and a lovely sized space. Kitchen and bathroom were excellent (shower was wonderful!). Bedroom with the balcony was a lovely touch. Place had everything we needed. A lot of space, great old building. Check in was super easy. The instructions were clear. Felt safe in the surrounding area. Tourist attractions just moments from the apartment, an amazing location! We loved Vineria Wine Bar and Wine and Co. wine bar. Takoteka for good Mexican food too! There’s a lovely Italian takeaway/restaurant to the left of the apartment (across from the shop) which was very cheap and excellent food and service. We highly recommend this apartment especially for the location. Neighbours were very quiet, no noise whatsoever. Also, the iron was SO good for that of an Airbnb. Thank you for having us!!

We had an amazing time staying at the flat in Sofia. The location of the flat is perfect, as it is close to the shops,tram, bus and metro stops.The flat itself is ideal for family, providing ample space and comfort. We were delighted with the amenities and the overall cleanliness of the place. Alexandar was a fantastic host, ensuring that everything was in order and making us feel welcome. This was my first time in Bulgaria and travelling alone, and I was able to figure out all the details of getting in with no issue. The place was very nice and I enjoyed my stay.

Georgi’s airbnb is a magical space. As I am a fan of style from the Soviet era, the apartment was very fun for me. The turntable was ready for me to play a fantastic LP from mid century Bulgaria. Yet beyond the gorgeous style, the apartment is also incredibly comfortable and well appointed. Everything worked perfectly. And Georgi is a very kind and respectful host. The apartment is located in an older part of the city which has developed a bohemian, hip culture. Many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. A fun and safe area. I highly recommend. Thank you!

The apartment is at a great location and it is quiet which is rear to find that close to the very center of Sofia. It is very convenient for walking around and getting anywhere with public transportation. The place is clean, well decorated and has everything needed for short or longer stay. Highly recommended.

Overall, my stay was good. Polina, the host, was very friendly, flexible with check-in, open to requests, and easy to reach. The location is central but surprisingly quiet despite being next to a main road. There was always hot water, and the electric radiator kept the room warm even in low temperatures. On the downside, the private toilet and shower inside the room weren’t very comfortable. There were some days with ongoing renovations, which caused extra noise. The mattress, linens, and pillows could have been cleaner or newer. Also, since the room is in a large building that can host many people, the atmosphere can vary—sometimes quiet, sometimes more crowded.

There are a lot of positives about Joannas listing. Being fully detached, the place itself is very peaceful and private. It's a very well equipped apartment, pretty much any utility you can think of is available. Temperature control is excellent, the air conditioning is very effective either to heat or cool and the shower water pressure and heat is extremely high. If you are visiting Sofia for tourism the location is fine, there is nearby metro/bus station and taxis are cheap if coming from euro/gbp countries. Though crossing to the east of Sofia from here is fairly long. The area itself has walkable supermarkets and shopping mall. Joanna is helpful and responds quickly. It's a good property, hard to fault.

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

Cool and cozy app and friendly and cooperative host. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here. The apartment is large and airy with great light. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two mini split ACs so we stayed cool in the heat wave. It's in a great neighborhood right next to Borisova park and in a beautiful neighborhood. Best of all the Metro stop is near by so you have access to the city without using a taxi.
