Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

If you are looking for a house near Sofia, in some quiet place, with a big garden, well equipped kitchen, many rooms to sleep and nice barbecue area... this house would work just perfect. The communication with George was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Brilliant little home on the outskirts of the city. really nice, clean and looks as good as the pictures suggest. a few things to note - Not easy to get to by anything except car. driving is almost necessary I'd not save taxi fares - Plenty of wild dogs, for those scared of then. in all I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home outside the city with a driver in the group. really impressed

Reni has been very polite, responsive, and she has gone out of her way to help us feel comfortable. The apartment itself is a new construction that is rather small, but feels very comfy and welcoming. Had no problem staying there with a family of 5!

It’s a beautiful apartment with a cozy and warm soul. It has those little touches that makes it feel like home. Everything was fine and all the amenities one could need were available. The parking in the area is free so sometimes you may need to circle around some minutes before finding a free space but always something comes up and it’s in a relatively close distance.

Its a nice place overall, the location is really great. i would stay here again. I especially liked the workspace.

Had a great stay, super local location. We were also allowed to leave our luggage our last day because no guests came the day we left. Communication was also very good, answer always within 30min. Highly recommended!

Really lovely apartment, we love the decor and interior, and it has all the facilities you could need for several days’ stay. It’s very central within Sofia and we really appreciated the local recommendations from Elvira and her helpful communication. Very highly recommended!

This place was super cosy and really easy to find. It was only a short walk into downtown and a lot of things around it too! I was able to walk everywhere from this accommodation so there was no need to get any transport. The only thing I will say which isn’t an issue with the accommodation. But it is on the very very top floor and there isn’t a lift so if you have heavy suitcases that is something to be wary about. Apart from that though if I ever come back to Berlin I will be booking this place again 🙂

Stairs up to a nice clean studio. Has a view outside. Patio courtyard also. Best location walkable to many local attractions. Responsive and helpful host.
