Social Guest House have 6 private bedrooms is a big advantage, so your privacy is untouched. The 3 separate toilets and 2 showers makes your mornings relaxed. The bottom floor has the kitchen where you can store and cook food, make coffee or tea, etc. The garden, hidden in the small streets of Sofia is a nice gift in the busy town. Hi-speed wi-fi even in the garden. Welcome! Close to lively shopping street and the city sights, our street is quiet and offers a variety of restaurants, galleries, bio-stores and nice cafeterias. Just behind the corner you'll find one of the best vegetarian restaurants. The house is located between two major boulevards, both of which offer plenty of options for public transportation. Trams, trolleys, buses and the new subway are all less than 5-7 minutes walk! -2 minutes away from Vitosha Blvd which is the main pedestrian area full of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. -5 minutes walk to the meeting point for the Free Sofia Tour. -5 minutes away from NDK - National Palace of Culture. The parking is infront of the house it costs 10 euro per 24 hours.

I'm Annа, the owner of this amazing place. Luxury apartment 80², rustic with wooden furnitures. Working space with office chair and laptop table. Bus stop 10 minutes to the City center. Next to the Hunting park area with forest for picnic and walking. Quiet and modern building with security and cameras infront of every entrance, private locked door on the floor. 24/7 pharmacy, restaurants and lots of supermarkets. 5 minutes by bus to the Student city ( party area with night clubs). The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Sofia.
