The apartment is in an old Georgian building and has lovely high ceilings and tall windows. The lake is a 2 minute walk away and all the amenities Llanberis has to offer is right on your doorstep.

This first floor Victorian apartment has a great view of Barmouth coast, it is comfortable and spacious for up to 4 people with typical high ceilings and decorative cast iron fire places. The lounge is 21ft by 14ft to the fire place. Free WiFi, Smart, Nano TV Alexa and DVD’s are available with a few books and a quiz game. The fully fitted kitchen also comes with an air fryer, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. A tea towel and washing up liquid are provided.

Cosy one bedroom flat with bedroom and bathroom located up a small flight of stairs. Downstairs has a small kitchen area with breakfast bar and small lounge seating area and tv. Bedroom has luxurious king size bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. Entirely your own private space in the centre of town. The flat is at the rear of the main building and therefore doesn't have a sea view, but you can walk out of main front door onto promenade.

Eden View apartment is located on the top floor of Aber Eden House, a large Victorian property in it's own woodland within the Coed y Brenin Forest. The apartment has views to the Eden river from which the house takes it name translating to Mouth of the Eden. Much of the garden is open to guests with Springtime's flush of Bluebells & Azalea's bringing it to life. The apartment is modern has it's own access & has a small lawn with seating area.
