Our stay at Riverside Retreat was wonderful. The space is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was small but modern, the living room was comfortable with a large screen TV, the internet worked well, and the bathroom was spa like. We will definitely be staying again next time we visit Gold Bar.

Sitting by the pond, listening to the tree frogs, birds, and other animals, was so serene, peaceful, it was a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the present moments. James' home was lovely, and he was an amazing host. I highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful stay we had in Brian's home. We arrived at dinner time and enjoyed some fantastic pizza before checking in. One of the best pizzas we've had and all of the Staff at Sound Pizza were so kind. It is obviously a local's fave - quite packed by 5:00 pm. About the home....although it is above the restaurant, we couldn't hear any noise from below. The home itself is beautiful and has such lovely views of the Sound. Brian has everything you would need in a home-away-from- home. We enjoyed our stay and had nice visits at the Red Cup Cafe and the Chocolate Co. Everyone we met and chatted with in Mukilteo was friendly. We highly recommend visiting it and staying at Brian's.

My Son and I stayed at Elizabeth's place when we went to Everett to see a concert. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always responsive. The place itself was immaculate and showed a great deal of care and thoughtfulness. It was very cozy and a superb place for my Son and I to stay and enjoy our visit. Thank you Elizabeth!

We absolutely loved our stay! I highly recommend this Airbnb to others who are looking for a quiet stay within nature but still close enough to the city. The place is very clean and the hosts were great, they made sure we made it in safe and asked if we had any questions.

Beautiful lake view home - spacious kitchen with sliding door right on to deck that overlooks the lake. Hot tub on deck was wonderful to relax in and enjoy the view and birdsong. Julia was responsive to our questions and her place is welcoming and comfortable. My service animal was welcome and this place allows 2 dogs so that is another plus. Entire downstairs has 2 couches, bed and a fireplace so our entire party had their own space as well as a place to gather in kitchen and living room on main floor. Highly recommend!

The location is amazing. Truly enjoyed our time in the house. Enjoyed a beautiful sunrise, appreciated the deck, the yard, and the views. This was the last leg of our trip and we truly enjoyed our downtime as a family. Thank you.

The whole family was impressed with the location. It was simply beautiful, with the ocean only a few steps away from the back door. We saw eagles almost every day while we relaxed on the patio, and being from the midwest we all got a kick from observing the tide come in and out. It was also a great location as a home base to drive around and see the sights. The house is about an hour north of Seattle, an easy drive. We also took a day trip to Vancouver, which was one of the nicest cities we've ever visited. The house itself was clean and had everything you might need. Even the mattress was a pleasant surprise, my bad back never bothered me, which is unusual when I travel. Highlights included a wonderful whale watching excursion we took from a town called Anacortes, about 40 mins north of the house. We followed a pod of Orcas for about an hour and a half and had a blast. I also recommend the Flying Heritage and Combat Armor museum in Everett. It has an amazing collection.

This was the best AirBNB I have EVER stayed in and I have only positive things to share. I have very high a standards for cleanliness and organization - Ha’s space hits the nail on the head. Gorgeous views; clean, well-appointed home, quiet space; comfortable beds - 5 stars everywhere. My four young-adult kids and I fit perfectly in the bed configuration - and all the beds were super comfortable. It was pure joy to be in a quiet space with amazing views, plenty to see and do during the day (not terribly convenient to anything off Whidbey, but planning makes it possible!). The fire pit was lovely. We had NOTHING to complain about. Perfection. Thank you, Ha, for sharing your space and giving me a great space to reconnect with my favorite people. We will be back!!

Adorable place! Stayed one night for a concert at the St. Michelle Winery and it was perfect, only 15 mins from the venue. It can be a little hard to find and it’s directly off a highway so you have to u-turn if you miss the house, we did the first time, but after that it was easy to identify the red smiley face on the mailbox. Very responsive hosts and the hot tub was wonderful. Thank you!!

Beautiful home with beautiful surroundings that was relatively easy to find and check in was super easy. The home was very clean and cozy and was a perfect place for a relaxing retreat. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a meal (which should be the preferred method of eating because the restaurant options around town are limited). The outdoor grill was clean and easy to use. I would recommend shopping at the nearest chain grocery store for all your food needs because the local grocery store prices were outrageous! The grounds were perfect for exploring and relaxing with hammocks, outdoor games, a fire-pit and plenty of outdoor eating areas. There is access to the river at the back of the property where you can dip your toes in the water. The water is not very swimmable due to the rocks and the temperature of the water was cold, but it is very relaxing to sit and listen to the water. Would recommend this place for your next relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the Boatyard Inn. The location is unbeatable, and our room was spotless and in excellent condition. Our daughter especially loved sitting out on the deck, watching all the activity on the water. The management team was helpful and very responsive, which made everything even more enjoyable. Langley is such a charming town, and the Boatyard Inn was the perfect home base for a relaxing weekend—just a short walk to the heart of town. We’d definitely consider coming back in the future!

So conveniently located close to downtown Langley. The room was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The deck over the water is lovely and so relaxing. We will definitely be back. The free basket of snacks for guests was a nice perk too!
