Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation right by the sea. The cottage has villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot air oven and stove with induction hob etc. Enjoy the views, the sunset and maybe a little northern lights. Take a walk in the woods and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing swim in the sea. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is on the upper floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has a double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in one room. Bed linens are available, but bed linens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK/set. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer also a heated pool to use.

You will have easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 5-6 min walk to the city center with many shops, cafés, restaurants. 10 min walk from the train station. 10 min walk to the hospital. 2 beds, one 1.05 and one 1.20 bed. 2-seater sofa where you can cast a movie in the evening when you want to relax. Lägenheten finns i egen byggnad ovanpå stall. I stallet bor tre svartnosfår. På gården finns även ett boningshus där vi i familjen bor med två tonåringar, katter, kaniner och hundar. Njut av lugnet med utsikt över åkrar, kor och hästar på närliggande gårdar. Djur är välkomna! Elbilsladdare finns.

The house was built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential building. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
