Free panoramic view north over the sea provides very good opportunities to see the northern lights directly from the tree deck at the entrance. The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-burning fireplace indoors for comfort. Try traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows walks or skiing on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Cook over open fire. Visit sea bathing, cozy summer cafe or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dogs not far from the house. WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

En imponerande takhöjd i nock som ger en luftig känsla, samt en stor öppen spis där du kan njuta av värmen och skapa fina minnen. De smakfulla renoveringarna har bevarat den autentiska atmosfären, vilket ger dig en rofylld och avkopplande upplevelse.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We as a host family live in the main building on the same property and often stay out in the yard. A friendly dog also moves freely on the property.
