Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Slovene Littoral

Thank you very much. We had a wonderful stay of two nights. We visited the world famous Caves and the castle. The apartment is as described, very calm, very spacious, lots of privacy, own washing machine which came handy, parking space just in front of the house, and a garden full of toys for kids. Our daughter loved running in the garden and exploring it. We can highly recommend this quiet paradise after a day full of sightseeings.

This home is the epitome of complete comfort. We highly recommend this home for a traveling couple or family.

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. We absolutely loved our time at Anna’s tiny home. It was a perfect size for the two of us and the little garden outside was a lovely addition. We especially enjoyed being able to dry our laundry outside. Anna’s place is in a great location - close to restaurants that are not just for tourists, but also a short walk to the tourist area or public transit. Anna met us for check in and gave us several ideas for what to do with our time in Trieste - we ended up doing everything she suggested and had a great visit. Would absolutely come again.

An enchanting log cabin full of all desired amenities perched above the Bistrica stream. Perfect location for easy access to bicycle rental enabling a comfortable cycle to beautiful Lake Bohinj & all the adventures which theTriglav National Park offers. Bakery & ice cream shops just a few doors down!

Host was super nice and helpful. The place was absolutely spotless down to every corner of the house, not a corn of dust in sight. Also it’s nice that the kitchen has all essentials already available so it was a very functional kitchen as well.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Erika's beautiful apartment. It is situated in a very walkable location, close to everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself is wonderfully appointed and is a lovely retreat to return too, at the end of each day. If we ever return to Lake Bled we would definitely love to stay again. Very special apartment, larger than we thought from the description. Perfection location to explore the city by foot. We were allowed to leave or luggage before check-in. Vaska was always responsive and helped us if needed.

Very stylishly furnished apartment with a new bathroom and balcony. Kitchen as described and in great condition. Garage safe parking space for the bikes. Quiet location, just outside the city center. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. I would gladly come back.

My son and I had a great time at Jana's. Very nice apartment, well-equipped, very clean, well-appointed and decorated. Wonderful mountain views from the terrace. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to Lake Bled. Peaceful and surrounded by nature. There are beehives next to the house and we have the opportunity to buy real and delicious honey. Jana is a very kind and discreet host. Thanks for all the tips. We had a hard time leaving this wonderful place.

The view from the balcony is wonderful! The hosts are very nice and the apartment is clean and well equipped.

We grew into Trieste - we didn’t fully appreciate our location but by the time we left absolutely loved the location and what it offered. Our hosts were our neighbours who were welcoming and helpful but gave us our space - we never heard or saw them unless we needed assistance. The only thing you need to be aware of is that there is one flight of stairs to negotiate but having said that Donatella, bless her, help carry our bags (unfortunately my wife had injured her back during a road trip prior to arriving) The space of the bedroom/living room was a bit overwhelming initially but we became comfortable with that as well - Donatella’s home had become ours - there was a pleasantness when entering the street door and our apartment door - oh and the bed and pillows were comfortable - a big plus. While the strip below us was ‘alive’ on Saturday night we heard nothing from our apartment. Would we go back - absolutely - but unfortunately it’s not just around the corner - but never say neve

great place and super friendly host

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Miha was the perfect host. the property was exactly what we needed. during the day we had a lot of exhausting activities planned and being able to rest and recover in the beautiful surroundings made us fresh day after day. if I ever needed anything Miha was able to provide for me and my friends. we were all very sad to leave, we could have stayed there forever. I'm already planning my return to lake bled with the intention to stay here again.

The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.

Very nice apartment, with everything you need, nice outdoor area for dining outdoors. Very close to the Redipuglia Memorial, so you can walk there. You can park along the outside street, which is a little narrow but without problems. Monica and her husband are very kind and caring. I highly recommend it.

This place exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—we slept so well every night. The outdoor area and garden were peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful views, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is ideal: just 10 minutes from Lake Bled, 20 minutes from Lake Bohinj, and 25 minutes from Triglav National Park. It’s a great base for exploring the natural beauty of the region. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Marija. She was warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond—offering tips, personalized itineraries, and tons of local insight. Her kindness and hospitality made our trip so much better than we ever imagined. Highly, highly recommend this gem—we can’t wait to come back!

Lovely, rustic apartment with everything you need. The highlight is the terrace with sea views and a grill. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and yet the location of the apartment is quiet and private.
