great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

The house was great! Clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base. We visited Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, went whitewater rafting, and watched a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and were able to return every night to the home. You can’t beat the central location. Thanks Andrew!

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

Kristy was friendly and very accommodating. We asked for an early check-in and she was able to check us in 3 hours early.

This house was perfect for surprising my sister for her 60th birthday. Four friends/family got together. One guest was in a wheelchair and the wide open floor plan lent to easy navigation through the main house. We had a great time making memories. Thank you for making it easy.

Fit our needs as a group well. There were some initial issues that the host addressed quickly. This made our stay really enjoyable.

Nicole was so helpful from start to finish. She was super quick to respond to any questions we had since we were first timers using Air BNB. The house was fantastic, very comfortable and exactly as listed. There was a booklet with helpful info of things to do around town, restaurants etc and it was so helpful and easy to use. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans - anything you would need to cook your own meals. We had so much fun in Denver and would highly recommend this location!

Perfect stay. Clean, communicative, felt like home. Well stocked with anything you need. Beautiful street, well located. The description clearly states low ceilings. I knew that, was ok with it. I’m 6’3 and wasn’t an issue (had about an inch at the lowest ceiling point in the shower), so host left some wiggle room on that front. I’ll be back - as family lives in the neighborhood.

A very beautiful and peaceful home! We stayed here for a concert at Empower Stadium. It was very convenient to be able to walk to/from the performance. Felt very safe on the walk and was able to walk along the river for a nice view. The house had everything we needed and matched the description. We had a great time.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Such cute, chic, fresh decor. Free of clutter and very clean. It’s quiet and peaceful yet close to many restaurants, Broncos stadium and has easy access to main highways. Beds are nice and comfortable, patio is perfect for your morning coffee. And my favorite part was the way Erica added those special details to make her guests feel welcomed and right at home! Thank you for being such a great host. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the beautiful state of Colorado!

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Enjoyed the outdoor patio. Hosts were very responsive and communicated very well with us. We had zero issues. Will definitely rebook as it’s just a couple blocks from where our son’s apartment is.

House was exactly like the pictures and very cozy. Loved the attention to detail with decorating and amenities. My husband and I didn't know we needed a record player in our lives until we listened to the vinyls provided. We felt safe in the house and liked being able to take advantage of the coffee shop next door. Easy to get to downtown. Lisa was a great host. Would definitely recommend this place.

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at. Looked just as good as the pictures. Even though you don't have access to the entire building (as described in the listing), there is more than enough space. The kitchen and all other amenities were great. The place was spotless - really top notch! The area is also very walkable with a lot of great restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Matt was the ultimate host, providing cold drinks and snacks, an immaculate place to stay, and was very helpful when I had questions about the area. His place had a fully equipped kitchen which we made good use of. Street parking was almost non-existent during this graduation weekend so we were really appreciative of the dedicated off-street parking. There’s nothing Matt could’ve done to make our stay any better! Will plan to stay there on my next visit to Denver!
