Monthly Rentals in Sloan Lake

Stayed here for a month — overall, a great spot! It's a private, comfortable, and well-arranged space. Mike was helpful & responsive throughout my stay. Gripes included water taking a couple minutes to heat up and the door(s) not having screens, meaning fresh air always meant flies (and potentially cats if you aren't monitoring it). That said, the value of this place is unbeatable and I would certainly stay here again. Thanks Mike!

Great spot for a longer stay, location is perfect to get to downtown and on I-25 quickly. The yard is a huge plus especially with a pup!

Bret was a great host; offering flexible checking times and quick replies. His daughter (cat) is the cutest little lady I’ve ever seen!

This place was so cozy and beautiful! We were in town for the Cold Play concert and it was close enough to the stadium to actually walk! We had a great time and the beds were SO comfortable I’m thinking about getting my own purple mattress. Nate was very nice and answered all my questions they even had a gift basket left with snacks made local in Colorado. It was a great stay and if we’re ever in the area again we will definitely come back!
