Welcome to our little cottage which we call Exemption! The property is located in beautiful Småland village of Älö, 15 min from Vimmerby, ELF. Nearby are nice swimming areas. The exception is located on the outskirts of our plot, one side to a small garden with patio and the other side to an idyllic Småland cow garden. The cottage is from turn of the turn of the century and carefully renovated. Old windows, doors and floors are preserved. We who rent out the Exemption are called Elsa & Andreas, where our two children and some linen meat pigs also live here.

Here you live in a lovely rural village environment. The farmhouse has a newly renovated kitchen and a sauna with relaxation room. You have access to a large fenced garden and a large patio with wooden floors. A few minutes' walk away is a child-friendly bathing area with a jetty. The farm house is suitable for both children and adults. Here you can enjoy scenic surroundings with great hiking opportunities.

The cottage has its small flaws but we hope you who want to stay in a charming country house will enjoy! All bed linen, towels and towels and cleaning are not included. Bed linens and towels can be arranged for SEK 100 per person if ordered well in advance of arrival. Pets are not allowed. However, cats and dogs have been in the house in the past.

Lakeside cabin outside Vimmerby

Lovely cottage with large plot and about 100 meters to the lake. Swings and sandbox available. The cottage is 60 + 15 + 30 sq.m. very child-friendly... During the hot summer 2018 o 2019 the guests were very grateful for our well-functioning AC. AC is in both houses. Wonderful large terrace full of toys for children to find activities indoors and outdoors.
