Hello, my name is Martin. I am offering for rent a cozy studio apartment with a balcony, fully air-conditioned, which has a nice view of the city and the forest. Quiet location, nice sunset. The apartment is on the 8th floor. Free public parking is available next to the apartment building. Public transport stops are 100 meters from the apartment. You can get to the city by bus in 10 minutes. There is also a Lidl supermarket just a short distance from the apartment, open every day. A quiet, peaceful location and at the same time close to the city

Flat have a green balcony, a big living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a charming kitchen :) (63 m2) Parking is free in front of the apartment and guests have a towel, cosmetics, coffee, tea and other small items FOR FREE...
