Enjoy a fantastic view of both the Öland alvar and the Baltic Sea. 2.5 km to the nearest restaurant and 15 km to the nearest store, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.; 30 km to a larger area with several restaurants and stores (shopping center); 2.2 km to the sea, where there is a campground with a small store, adventure golf, and light food in the summer. Unfortunately, the condition of the beach and the water there varies a bit; 30 minutes to several beaches.

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.

During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes.
