Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the Alvar in the small row village is this former emergency cottage next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In the spring, the orchids bloom richly here. Several interesting historical sites are within walking distance, such as Dröstarp's deserted village. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all the modernities. Barbecue area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km away, there is Eksgården, which is a first-class restaurant, as well as Gårdby café

Here is offered a house with a large garden and its own pool that you have access to. Enjoy a fantastic view of both the Öland alvar and the Baltic Sea. 2.5 km to the nearest restaurant and 15 km to the nearest store, pharmacy, restaurants and cafe. 30 km to a larger selection with several restaurants and stores (shopping center) 2.2 km to the sea where in summer there is a campsite with a small store, adventure golf and restaurant. Unfortunately, the beach and water look a little different there.

This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.

During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
