All of the new model. Fresh kitchen and bathroom. In the sleeping loft upstairs you will find two comfortable beds. Heating through water-borne underfloor heating.

Fresh townhouse of 106 sqm with garden! The downstairs has a large hall with storage, bathroom and a kitchen with a large fridge and freezer as well as everything you need to cook. Next door is a private laundry room. Further in there is a living room with big sofa and TV. Upstairs there are three cozy double rooms and one bathroom. It includes two parking spaces in the driveway. On the backside of the house there is a deck and lovely garden. Dog is not asked to be on couch/bed. Address: Smedgatan 41B, 274 35 Skurup

Here you live in your own building surrounded by beautiful Skåne nature just a few minutes from Svaneholm Castle! 3 km to the nearest grocery store. 4 km to the train station by train towards both Malmö and Ystad. It is 15 km to the sea with lovely sandy beach. In the annex there is a 140 bed and a 120-bed. An extra sleeping space can be arranged. Linens and bath towels are not included, but can be purchased for SEK 50 per set. Welcome!

We enjoyed the calm and peaceful stay in Else's appartment a lot and recommend it for nature lovers. The appartment is decorated in a tasteful vintage look which makes it very cozy. It is also more spacious than expected and is equipped with everything you need. Else is such a friendly and lovely host.
