A cozy little newly renovated cottage of about 50m2 with kitchen, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and toilet with shower. The house is located in Eggby, about 10 minutes' drive to Axevalla racecourse, Skara summerland, Varnhem monastery church and Hornborgasjön. Walking distance to swimming and proximity to nature and bike trails. 300 meters to a 24/7 store. There is 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 child's bed. Bring your own hygiene items, sheets and towels. Pets allowed. Smoking inside not allowed.

It is about 1 km to the city center. Outside the junction, there is a bike path that also leads to the city center. On the way to the city center, there is a sports hall with soccer fields and a skateboard park about 400 meters from the apartment.
