Apartment built in 2023 in a separate part of the villa! Accommodates 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code to the door by the host the day of your arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Also electric car charging box is available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

In scenic Trångsund, 18 minutes from Stockholm central, you will find this cozy cabin. A ten minute walk will take you to the center of Trångsund with grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaning, shoe maker and simpler restaurants. In the same amount of time, you go to the nearest swimming area or liked the cafe and restaurant Villa Printz. The cabin is located right at the edge of the forest. From here you will hear woodpeckers and other birds and at dawn paws both fox and deer and hares often pass by.

Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

After one of all possible adventures in the nature reserve, a paddle, fishing or ice skating trip on the lake, or a turn into the city, you can come home to this cozy little house and enjoy the lake view and tranquility. Perhaps you'll let the stress melt away in the sauna or hammock, followed by a swim or a nice outdoor shower. Here you are close to nature and the city at the same time. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
