Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. Relax in this beautiful gem in a very special English garden in a rural setting. The garden house is a tiny house that sleeps two people. There is a mini-fridge, a stovetop, an air fryer, an electric kettle, and basic kitchen items. Just like in a trailer or a glamping tent, you get water from the main house, where there is also a toilet and a shower. Enjoy the sunset over the field or settle down in one of the garden's many cozy spots. From here, it's 1.5 km to the top of Trehøje, and there are good swimming opportunities to the east, west, and south within a few kilometers.

At the same time, you are close to the beach/forest and the city. Aarhus and Ebeltoft can be reached within 25 minutes, and Djurs Sommerland in 20 minutes. Kalø Golf Club 1.5 km away, Rønde and the castle ruins 5 km.

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.
