At the same time, you are close to the beach/forest and the city. Aarhus and Ebeltoft can be reached within 25 minutes, and Djurs Sommerland in 20 minutes. Kalø Golf Club 1.5 km away, Rønde and the castle ruins 5 km.

A creative home with cozy nooks in the garden with hammocks, a fire pit, basketball hoop, trampoline and gazebo. Lots of places for both peace, play and fun. The house is centrally located in the village of Hjortshøj, not far from the forest and with opportunities for shopping locally. There is a lovely beach 2.5 km away and Aarhus is 20 minutes away. The house consists of two children's rooms and one bedroom.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

There is free parking in the driveway and a private entrance with a key box for your own apartment and terrace in the garden. 4-5 minutes walk to the bus and 10 minutes to the light rail to Aarhus, where you can take route L1 and be in the center of Aarhus in 15 minutes. - The Djursland highway is only a 3-minute drive away. - 2-5 minutes walk to Q8 or Netto and SuperBrugsen. Super cozy and homely annex/mini-summer house with a small terrace out front. The annex is located 250 meters from the water, where you will find a beach with a jetty. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
