Our spacious and unique home is built as a year-round house and is located by Ringkøbing Fjord. It is 200 m to the beach, where many surfers enjoy life on the water. The house is located in the holiday home area Skaven Strand with the possibility of hiking and cycling along the fjord and along Skjern River. In Skaven, there is a small harbor and several dining places (during the holiday season). In the house there are 5 beds (one double bed, two single beds and one 3/4 bed). The rent includes utilities, final cleaning, linen, towels, tea towels, etc.

Bright and well-maintained summer house, where the North Sea's nature, tranquility and relaxation for the whole family are at the center. Start the day with coffee in the sun, take a walk to the beach 750 meters away, and end the evening in the warm sauna – year-round. Please note that the garden and terrace are fenced in, so your dog and children can be in the garden safely. The house is the former power plant in Højmark. The power plant was converted into a residence as well as a shop for an electrician who still has a shop today. As a guest, you'll like the large rooms and the enclosed garden. From the bedrooms you can see over Ringkøbing Fjord. The house has a hot tub that is heated with firewood. Firewood, water and cleaning costs 50 EUR, which is settled with the host.
