Beautifully located cottage in the dunes by Søndervig. The house is heated by solar energy and has underfloor heating throughout the house as well as a heat pump. One room has a double bed. The two single beds in the other room are elevated beds. The house has large wooden terraces around the house, facing both east, south and west. At the annex, there is an outdoor jacuzzi as well as an outdoor shower with hot water. The cottage has a fantastic view over the dunes to the west, which has its charm in all seasons.

The villa is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac, with a large playground just behind. Welcome to a wonderfully nice and relaxing villa.
