The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Here in little Skivarp, you live in a beautiful house in the old turn-of-the-century style near beautiful Mossbystrand, just 4 minutes by car. If you are interested in golf, there are many courses to play nearby, 5 km to Abbekås Golf Club, 14 km to Beddinge Golf Club. Explore Ystad, which you can get to along the beautiful coastal road. If you want to entertain the children, there is Tosselilla summerland with fun swimming 33 km away. Smygehuk, Sweden's southernmost headland, is worth a visit. Skivarps Gästgivaregård and Ica Tores Allköp are only 850 meters away.

Small cozy cottage with proximity to the sea and beach.

Cottage located one kilometer from a very nice sandy beach with a jetty. Close to Bedinge and Abbekås golf course. Bicycle path to Ystad and Trelleborg. 4-5 restaurants within a radius of 5-6 km, as well as grocery stores. The cottage has two double beds, a TV room and a simple kitchen with fridge, stove and oven. Toilet with shower cabin. Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental rate. Located in a free position on the Skåne plains next to our own house. Nearby, our horses roam the meadow.

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Granelunds Bed & Country Living

Välkommen till Granelund Njut av den härliga miljön på detta romantiska boende i naturen. Du hittar oss vid Romeleåsens grönskande sluttning. Här erbjuder vi ett boende i pittoresk miljö nära naturen och djuren. Vår gård ligger 15 minuter från Lund 25 minuter från Malmö. Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Mullbärsgården

Mullbärsgården is a beautiful Skånelänga from the 1800s. Carefully renovated last years. I live in this house year-round, but I rent it out for a few weeks in the summer. In Skivarps village there is a restaurant within walking distance. 4 km away there is one of Skåne's finest beaches, Mossbystrand. At the same distance you will find Abbekås with the possibility of a brew bath and Bongska house, restaurant, café and bakery. Dogs are allowed to come inside.

Fantastic hiking opportunities along the sea and coast or inland in the beautiful Skåne landscape. Bicycles are available for rent. Several very good and nice restaurants are within bicycle distance. Good breakfast is possible and is ordered upon arrival.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
