Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Here in little Skivarp, you live in a beautiful house in an old turn-of-the-century style near beautiful Mossbystrand, just 4 minutes by car. If you are interested in golf, there are many courses to play nearby, 5 km to Abbekås Golf Club, 14 km to Beddinge Golf Club. Explore Ystad, which you can get to along the beautiful coastal road. If you want to entertain the children, there is Tosselilla summerland with fun swimming 33 km away. Smygehuk, Sweden's southernmost headland, is worth a visit. To Skivarps Gästgivaregård and Ica Tores Allköp, it is only 850 meters.

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.
