To the ground floor a good size lounge/diner, shower room, utility area and fitted kitchen with heated drying area for wet clothes etc. To the first floor a large bedroom with king size bed. The rear entrance has the benefit of a locked gated area suitable for storing bikes. Close to shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants. Ideal base for cyclists, golfers and those wanting to tour the northern Lake District areas.

Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.
