The pool is normally kept open from mid-June to late August and then maintains a temperature of just over 25 degrees The guest house is located in beautiful Skillinge on the Österlen coast about 600 meters from Skillinge harbor, where there is a grocery store, restaurants, etc. Close to swimming docks and beaches. Here, Österlenleden (hiking trail) and Sydkustleden (cycling trail) also pass. Four golf courses are within 30 minutes' drive.

Access to front & back garden. On the second floor is a large room with TV, fireplace & a sofa bed with two beds, a large bedroom with a double bed & a toilet. Close to the sea & restaurants such as 2-star Michelin awarded Vyn. Because of steep stairs, the house is not suitable for small children.

Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. Two bedrooms upstairs, one room with a double bed and one room with two single beds. The stairs may be perceived as steep. Parking is available, subject to space. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, harbor, swimming area....
