Beach house vacation rentals in Skiathos

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Many thanks to Benny, Mike and Jacques for their part in our wonderful family holiday.

An absolutely beautiful stay! This AirBnB exceeded all of our expectations. From the hosts communication, kindness and hospitality right down to the view - everything was beyond perfect. My partner and I will remember this holiday and accommodation as one of our best, and we plan on revisiting in the years to come.

I had a wonderful stay at this Valentinas place! The terrace was absolutely amazing — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The location was ideal, just a 4-minute walk to the center, yet peaceful and quiet. Parking was only a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again!

Jilly is amazing and her communication is top notch! Skopelos doesn’t really use addresses, so follow the instructions she provides & you can’t go wrong. Make sure to pin the apartment once you arrive to make it easy to return to after seeing the island or dinner. 😊 We forgot to pin it the first day but we can’t complain as getting lost among the beautiful homes was a hidden treat (they are so beautiful)! Jilly provided local recommendations for a tour of the island and places to eat and they were PERFECT! Zahos the taxi driver provided our pick up from the Agnontas port and gave us a tour of the hidden gems of the island. Wonderful! If you are there on Sunday, don’t miss dinner with live music at Restaurant Dougia. Oh my, sooo good and the atmosphere was perfect. The apartment was clean and gorgeous and walkable to so many beautiful views. There is no WiFi or TV, so make sure you have data to communicate with your tour guides. We spent 11 days at Spyros and Aikaterini's house and it was a fantastic experience. From the beginning, they made us feel right at home, always attentive and willing to help with recommendations about the island. The house is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The impeccable cleanliness and cozy decoration made us feel very comfortable. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings and ocean views. The location is ideal, in a quiet but well-connected area. Just a 5-minute walk away we found two beautiful beaches, perfect for enjoying the sea every day. In addition, by car, you can quickly reach the center of Skopelos with its restaurants and shops. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic stay in Skopelos. Spyros and Aikaterini exceeded all our expectations. We hope to be back soon!

It is a fantastic place. Private, no neighbors, great ocean view. Excellent quality furniture, beds, shower. Insect screens on all windows and doors. Modern Aircon. Four different places to sit outside: Always a place in the sun or shade. Great sunbeds. Good pool. Excellent TV. Great WiFi. 10 minutes by car to Panormos and 15 to Skopelos City. Last 150 m to the house is gravel road, but no problem at all, even for a small rented car. It was a fantastic stay.

5 stars is few… An ideal place for privacy, contact with nature, relaxation and tranquility! If the picture of our house is part of our character…then Catherine & Alexander are lovely, special! A home with every corner of it's thoughtful. With touches that have the images of Hosts of their travels. A balcony immersed in the pines, overlooking the endless blue! Stylish furniture, distinctive decor, spotless linens throughout the house, even in our king size bed. Details throughout the house even everyday usable that show that this hospitality is done with love! Thank you for giving our vacation days the special touch to feel at home!

We had a wonderful week at the villa. We jumped into the pool soon after arriving and felt so calm and relaxed in such a homely retreat, surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees in a beautifully tended garden. It was a delight to watch the fabulous swallows swooping by the pool. The beach is in walking distance, as are several beachside restaurants and a little supermarket. Staying in mid-June, the beach was not that busy, and my partner and I really enjoyed quiet early morning swims in the lovely deep water. We visited other bays and went into Skopelos Town during our stay and always felt very happy to return to Pamormos to Vila Geraki. Eva was very helpful in arranging a car hire for us before we arrived and advised helpfully on various travel queries and was so welcoming when we arrived. We felt well looked after and will remember our trip for years to come.

We had a lovely stay the villa was really nice ,and well maintained it was a great location for us , the area is lovely and very easy to catch the bus into Skiathos .Alexandros was very kind and easy to communicate with us . Thanks for having us .

We had a great time in the villa. It’s located in the middle of nature which makes it very peaceful to stay in. Manolis was super communicative and helpful, we had a great stay!

The villa and its courtyard along the exterior pool is great for a stay in Skopelos. Fairly close to main town by car (~10 min), a great view over Glysteri, the exterior pool is great to use in the summer, inside you have everything you need for a longer stay. A car is definitely preferable to reach the villa. The last ~300m are on a dirt road which could be considered slightly challenging only if you're not familiar with Greek islands roads, but not such a big issue.

I stayed with my 3 children in the villa with a pool. Just great. Everything there, plenty of space in the house and on the terrace, great views. Warm hostess. Very very attentive, very happy to come back . We enjoyed the time very much. Thanks very much. Hermann with children.

The hosts Mrs. Maria and Mr. Dimitris were very helpful at all times. They were extremely friendly and polite. Dimitris picked me up from the bus stop on the day of arrival. Maria was waiting in the apartment with a great cake. She also provided me with a bag of Greek mocha coffee. This allowed me to make my own coffee every day. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the beach. It is well equipped. Supermarket and taverns within walking distance. The hosts gave me good tips for excursions. On the day of departure, Mr. Dimitris made sure that I was picked up by the taxi on time. I enjoyed my 5-day stay here very much and I am very grateful to the hosts for that!

This was the ideal little house for us - clean, comfortable with a lovely terrace. Close enough for restaurants and bars and the busy port but just slightly away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect for us! Manolis was helpful from the initial booking through to leaving even sending his asst Chris to meet us from the ferry and take us to the house. Very quick response to any message or question and full of helpful advice. Any issues sorted quickly by Manolis or Chris. Would recommend to anyone visiting Skopelos Town.

Really enjoyed our stay. Central to the town and restaurants. Tovia was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you would need. Would definitely recommend to friends to stay.

We had a wonderful few days here. Sherren has been a very responsive host before and during our stay; meeting us at the ferry port and then giving us helpful ideas for our stay. The apartment is modern but also sympathetic to the Greek culture. The double terrace is very special and we enjoyed some relaxing on the sunloungers on the top terrace for 1st few days. Unfortunately the weather changed for our last couple of days and had some torrential rain. There isn't anywhere to sit inside if this happens; but this was unusual weather and the apartment is exactly as described on Airbnb. Its just something to be aware of and it certainly has not put us off. We will be coming back. The location is fantastic and takes only a few minutes to walk down to the town. Also recommend the Mama Mia bus trip organised by Dolphin. Good value and also informative about Skopelos in general as well as the film stuff.

Machi and Kostas were really nice and inviting. there house is extremely authentic and exactly like they wrote on the profile. The neighborhood is special and unbelievably beautiful.

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful - I felt like I was living in the Mamma Mia house! Everything we needed was there, and to our surprise, our host Dominique even left a little surprise for us in the fridge. Maria gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything in detail. We will definitely come back! I can only recommend this place.

I was solo travelling and had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything and so close to town. The place itself is beautiful, modern, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were absolutely lovely. They provided clear instructions on how to find the property and even shared a list of great local recommendations for things to do and places to eat, which was super helpful. They were always available if I needed anything, and I felt completely safe during my stay. I’ve had the best time and will definitely be coming back!
