Beautiful end terraced house on three floors | 2.5 bathrooms | private outdoor spaces! Modern, minimalist, by Ljanselva, right in the middle between Mortensrud and Hauketo. About 20 min from the city center by public transport, and 45 min from the airport (check ruter dot no) The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fixed garage with possibility for extra parking space. Beds: 180 cm bed, 150 cm bed and 120 cm sofa bed. For 7 people: extra guest bed in the living room will be prepared. We provide bed linen and towels. Feel at home, but treat our home nicely!

The townhouse has 4 bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms and kitchen/dining room. The outdoor area is perfect for families with children as there are 3 playgrounds, a zipline, a football field and a quiet street to play in. One bathroom has a bathtub. - Bed linen may be rented for an additional fee. - Laundry can be ordered for an additional fee, or we can arrange if you wish to do the laundry yourself.

Here you get a huge sunny terrace and a private balcony, both with stunning lake views. The sandy beach is only a 4-minute walk from the house, and both a football pitch and volleyball court are available nearby – Right below the house you will find a beautiful hiking trail you can follow along the sea to several beaches and a gallery (F15) with café and Røed Gård.

From my central and non-generating end terraced house, the whole group has easy access to a great patio of 50 sqm, with trampoline and various toys, 50m to playgrounds, Tusenfryd 10 min away, Oslo 25min away by car and 17 min by train, Østfoldbadet, Drøbak 10 min etc. There are 3 bedrooms (180, 160, 120) and a TV room with sofa bed (160) with associated mattress topper. There are 3 TVs, all with Chromecast. High quality kitchen appliances and good comfort in the house in general. You are welcome to our home (Ås)

My house is 160 kvm and consists of two floors. It is situated on a top and has a beautiful view over Asker, Bærum, Oslo and the Oslofjord. Quiet area and close to the city center. Beautiful sunsets around 10-11 pm on the balcony during summer.
