Central and bright apartment with good ceiling height in a quiet side street. Bedroom facing the backyard, living room facing a small park. The apartment has a popular location with a short distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping and parks. Trams and bus just outside the door. Short distance to Karl Johan and Bogstadveien. NOTE: The apartment is my private home with personal belongings on the fourth floor without elevator. The key is picked up with EasyPick at different address (opening hours: 08-00, 09-23 on Sundays). About 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Possibility of kilo fishing in the surrounding forest lakes. Holleia offers fantastic trips for those who want to go short and long. Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.
