Our home (part of a condominium) in an older house (We own the 1st floor) We envision that it is a family with children who rents. 2 min. walk to the train station and you are in Oslo S after 8 min. 10 min. walk to Katten and Vølund (beaches) or a half-hour walk to the beautiful Hvervenbukta. By car it is 10 mins. to Tusenfryd and 10 mins. to Oslo S.

Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

For barna finnes det bla trampoline Huset et bygget i 1919 og totalrenovert i 2015, og tilbyr alt det man kan forvente av en moderne bolig. Det er ca 2 min gange ned til stranden hvor du kan bade, stupe og hoppe fra brygge, eller kose deg på en lang og flott sandbank som ungene elsker. Inne er det meste av fasiliteter, og utsikten over fjorden er like god fra sofaen. Huset ligger nest nederst i en blindvei.
