A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. Bed linen and towels provided. The house is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old subject to a specific discussion. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the convenience of other guests.

This holiday home consists of a two bedroom art deco home, with two large self contained cottage studios, sleeps up to 17 with a maximum of 14 adults. The top bunks are not suitable for adult guests. It's the ideal pad for family or friends to get together and enjoy. The accommodation is spacious, bright, massive indoor and outdoor areas, with off street parking for 5 cars. Positioned in much sought after "Old Torquay".

Within 1km of the beach and walking distance to the beach cafe (Dawn) and the Ocean Grove Hotel. This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. Previous guests have enjoyed being away from the rush of the town, and loved the green garden and quietness of the area whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest shopping hub. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large smeg oven and walk in pantry. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans as well.
