It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

You will find coffee shops, antiques, music, golfing, Outdoor swimming pool, 1940's weekends and Kinema in the woods, to mention just a few attractions. Historic Lincoln is a must with the Cathedral The coast is a half hour drive.

The Barn at White House Farm 1800's 3 bed Barn

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

The site is set on a paddock behind the pub. There are coded modern bathrooms just for the guests, and a BBQ zone. Drop into the pub for evening meals and drinks! Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire.
