Own guest part on beautiful island Hven.

In our house, the west school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest section that we are happy to rent to you. The guest part has its own lockable entrance and its own patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island of Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns yet in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. SeaBreeze House, Heard - Gorgeous Ocean View

Here you have a lovely house with large light entrances and with beautiful sea views and pastures around. Sea fishing is likely to be incredibly good here on the south coast. Fresh interior design in marine tones. Kitchen, dining area and living room (with one single bedding chair) on the ground floor, as well as guest-wc. Upstairs there is a large bedroom as well as another bedroom with a sofa bed (2p)as well as a single bed, bathroom with shower. Open fireplace for cozy evening in the kitchen or enjoy the summer evening out on the terrace with dining area and barbeque.

In a separate part of our house, you will find this guest house with your own running. Compact living with fully equipped kitchen, total and shower as well as sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft there is a double bed, a single bed and a travel bed for children if desired. Here you are surrounded by fields and meadows as well as 950 meters to wide sandy beach. Walking distance to restaurant and tennis courts. Grocery store, more restaurants, paddle court and golf course you can reach in 15 minutes by bike. Need to know; the stair to the sleeping loft is very steep.

UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN MAGICAL LOCATION

A little piece of paradise... That's how it feels when you step inside this amazing house that is nestled behind chalk-white dunes on a large nature plot by the edge of the sea. The house, in well preserved original condition from 1961, has a modest elegance and at the same time is so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who drew it with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here he was able to pull away and enjoy the quiet.
