In a perfect location between Ystad and Trelleborg you can make excursions along the entire south coast. Further south - in the neighboring village you will find Sweden's southernmost cape!

UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN A MAGICAL LOCATION

A little piece of paradise... That's how it feels when you step inside this amazing house that is nestled behind chalk-white dunes on a large nature plot by the edge of the sea. The house, in well preserved original condition from 1961, has a modest elegance and at the same time is so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who drew it with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here he was able to pull away and enjoy the quiet.

The gas grill, bought in 2022. If you want to use it, you buy gas yourself. Lounge furniture and big dinner table. Fibre installed. 2022 washer/dryer Double bed, 2 single beds. Towels, bed set and beach towels are rented for 200 SEK/set. for more than 4 people: SEK 500/night per person. Charging post electric car

Welcome to our magical wooden beachhouse in Beddingestrand, set in a secluded wildflower garden 200m from nature reserve and the sea. As soon as you step into the garden all stress melts away. Beddinge is a place to take it easy and live a simple life. Read your book, sketch, think, write, cook good food, go for walks along the beach, take a swim, go for bike rides. The house is only min walk away from the from the 18 hole Beddinge golf course, making it an excellent stay for golfers.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
