Here you have a lovely house with lots of light and with beautiful sea views and pastures all around. Sea fishing is supposed to be incredibly good here on the south coast. Fresh decor in marine tones. Kitchen, dining area and living room (with a single bed chair) on the ground floor, as well as guest toilet. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom as well as another bedroom with a sofa bed (2p) as well as a single bed, bathroom with shower. Fireplace for cozy evenings in the kitchen or you can enjoy the summer evenings out on the terrace with dining area and barbeque.

Walking distance to restaurant and tennis courts. Grocery store, more restaurants, paddle court and golf course can be reached in 15 minutes by bike. Good to know; the stairs to the sleeping loft are very steep.

With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus.
