In a separate part of our house, you will find this guest house with its own entrance. Compact living with fully-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft, there is a double bed, a single bed and a travel bed for children if desired. Here you are surrounded by fields and meadows and 950 meters to a wide sandy beach. Walking distance to restaurant and tennis courts. Grocery store, more restaurants, paddle court and golf course can be reached in 15 minutes by bike. Good to know; the stairs to the sleeping loft are very steep.

Ett boende nära hav, havfiske ( havsfiske 1:e mars - 30 sept) och en helt underbar havsutsikt från terassen. Cykel- och gångbana längs kustvägen tar dig till badstränder både öster och väster ut. Huset är vårt gästhus som har en egen terass med grill, utemöbler och solstolar Ni delar vår trädgård och utomhus parkering på tomten med stora huset (SeaBreeze House). Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

With just 200 meters to the sea you can relax with a nice book in your hand or take a long walk alongside the beach with white sand.
