The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). Washing machine, dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion.
