Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (building year 2015) in my villa in central Lund I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor with separate entrance and patio door towards a lovely garden. Bv: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6 min walk to the hospital, about 12 min h. Lund C. Parking space is available.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There are heating floors, fireplace, TV, wifi, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, micro and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: There is no kitchen. In the bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed. You are welcome to be in the garden that has a patio in the corner. Since there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. It is free parking on the street but date parking.

Very nice bright and new Guesthouse with aircondition, located 10 minutes from central Copenhagen. Very quiet area with no noise from traffic etc. The guesthouse has WIFI, aircondition The guesthouse is not big enough for 3 adults, but its ok with 2 adults and 1 child. There is 1 sofabed 160x200 and if needed there can be a extra mattress on the floor SMOKING of any kind in the guesthouse or outside is not allowed in the guesthouse or near the house.

This place is close to Malmö airport/ Sturup, the nature, the ´Vismarslöv Café & Bagarstuga´, the lakes for swimming and fishing and the countryside life. The studio used to be a barber shop so it is ground floor, very close to the city centre (2 km) and very close to a very good bakery, train to airport, bus to Cruise Terminals nearby (Østerport Station) and there are lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. Furthermore, there are many green areas around and possibility to cycle along the canals and to the city centre.
