Sommerhuset indeholder nyt køkken og nye gulve. Dejlig udestue med udsigt til den store have. Stort soveværelse og et lille værelse med køjeseng samt badeværelse. Sofaen i stuen kan laves om til ekstra seng. Brændeovn og varmepump samt elradiatorer. På grunden findes også et anneks med to sovepladser. I annekset er der elradiator.

Lovely light and spacious accommodation of 54 m2 with good location right next to Storebælt, and at the same time close to Kerteminde town (1.5 km to center) The house is from 2009 and recently renovated. It is year-round insulated and beautiful all year round, and regardless of the weather you can sit either inside or out on the covered terrace and enjoy the ocean change nature all the time. Hyggeligt A hus ved Sminge sø med sauna.

Slap af i hyggelige og rolige omgivelser. Sjovt A hus med brændeovn, Sauna i haven samt koldtvands bad. Der er også adgang til Sminge Sø, Gudenåen og Fugletårnet. Næsten lige ved siden af Svostrup Kro. En hyggelig gå tur langs Gudenåen. Husdyr er tilladt. Vi har selv en hund, så grunden er indhegnet. Derudover har vi en lille båd ved søen hvor i kan sejle lidt ned af Gudenåen og fiske. Rygning indenfor er ikke tilladt. Der er kaffe og te i huset samt træ til sauna.
