Eine super moderne, große Wohnung, die allen Wünschen gerecht wird. Es war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Terrasse hatte eine klasse Aussicht! Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, sodass man entweder gut zu Fuß sein muss oder den öffentlichen Nahverkehr nutzen kann. Die Gegend ist super ruhig und gepflegt. Die Vermieter hatten an alles gedacht - sogar kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Mehl, Milch und Nudeln befanden sich in der voll ausgestatteten Küche! Sowas habe ich bislang noch nie erlebt! Abends kam uns auf der Terrasse immer eine Katze besuchen ;) Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Bis bald! ❤️

Simply perfect. This house is without a doubt one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at through Airbnb – and I’ve stayed in many. The apartment is lovingly decorated, with great attention to detail, and immediately made us feel at home. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The private jacuzzi and sauna made the experience feel like a personal wellness retreat, and every corner of the home radiates warmth and care. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the heartfelt hospitality of Majda. Her thoughtful touches and kind support throughout our stay elevated the entire experience to something truly memorable. One of the best Airbnb stays of my life – thank you, Majda!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Apartment. Es war Sauber super Ausgestattet und der Pool ist super. Wir waren 6 Personen im Alter von 20 Jahren und eine wunderschöne Zeit. Auch der Kontakt war super lieb und aufmerksam und hat auch Empfehlung bzgl. Stränden und Restaurants gemacht. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt :) Danke

In een rustige omgeving maar met toch van alles te doen op loopafstand. Goede restaurants en bars in de buurt. Dicht bij het strand

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Sehr freundlicher und immer erreichbarer Gastgeber. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit einer sehr lieben Nachbarin, die sich nie über Lärm oder ähnliches beschwert hat. Die anfahrt ist etwas eng, aber trotzdem gut machbar. Das Haus an sich ist genau wie beschrieben. Supermärkte und das Meer sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Manuela. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben sehr umfangreich und modern ausgestattet und bietet gerade 2 Personen genügend Platz. Wir möchten außerdem die Sauberkeit besonders hervorheben, denn diese ist uns sofort positiv aufgefallen. Es standen auch sämtliche Reinigungsmittel zur Verfügung, um die Sauberkeit während des Aufenthaltes aufrechtzuerhalten. Die Terrasse bietet neben viel Platz einen schönen weiten Blick hinunter in die Bucht und auf das Meer. Unsere Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich, Manuela hat uns neben Tipps für die Umgebung auch mit einem Sonnenschirm für den Strand ausgeholfen. Wir hätten sogar vor und nach dem angegeben Check-In und Check-Out an- und abreisen können, was wir äußerst zuvorkommend fanden. Für den Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt ist definitiv ein Auto notwendig, dieses konnte man auch direkt im Grundstück parken. Ganz klare Empfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
