Kanalbyen is located by the sea on Odderøya, centrally located in Kristiansand, close to Kilden and Fiskebrygga. 5 min away from city center. In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

The apartment is located just 15 minutes outside Kristiansand and 30 minutes away from Dyreparken. Nice to note: You are at your own cleaning. Bed linen and towels are not included. Can be rented for an additional fee. NOK 200 per person. The dishwasher and garbage are emptied before departure.

A gem near the sea and beach on idyllic Flekkerøy! We are renting our apartment with possibility of 4 beds. There is a new house ( 2018 ) only 250 meters from a nearest swimming area. Fully equipped with kitchen equipment, WiFi, TV, charcoal grill and heated hot tub on the veranda outside. Private front door. Perfectly suited to a couple or small family. Tenants have a front yard at the front of the house. We use laundry bureau. Bed linen and towels are not included.
